Okay, late last week someone posted a photo on a popular celebrity gossip website with the claim it is a topless picture of Taylor Swift. I saw the photo on Friday and decided not to post it because I am pretty certain it is not Taylor Swift. But this issue has blown up into a huge scandal after reports today that Taylor Swift is preparing to take legal action over this supposed topless photo. So I have to post it now even though I doubt it is her... The image in question features a topless woman who bears a striking resemblance to Swift and was posted under the headline, "Taylor Swift Topless Private Pic Leaked?" There are thousands of images online claiming to be topless and nudes of Taylor Swift. So things got a bit interesting after the news that Swift's lawyers send a letter to the site demanding it take down the post and this specific image immediately... or else she'll sue for trademark infringement.
In the letter, Swift's legal team says the site contains, "false pornographic images and false 'news" about the singer. Her legal team issued the cease-and-desist letter to the site, saying the woman depicted in the photo is not the country star and should be removed immediately. The Daily Mail reports:

The photo shows a blonde with long, curly hair that the site says 'bears a striking resemblance' to the country cutie posing on a bed with the caption 'Taylor Swift Topless Private Pic Leaked?'
According to TMZ, Taylor's legal team has fired off an angry letter to Celebrity Jihad saying the woman in the photo is not Taylor and accusing the site of spreading 'false pornographic images' and 'false news.'
The Grammy winner's lawyers are also demanding the picture be taken down.
Yup, her attorneys are waging this legal war to protect her wholesome image. I am just surprise why this particular photo got them so boiled up. There are literally thousands of fake photos with claims that they are nude shots of Taylor Swift circulating on the Internet. I don't think the woman in this photo is Taylor so I have no clue why this particular photo has caused such a huge scandal. there is an awesome German porn movie with a woman in it that also have a striking resemblance to Taylor. Other than the fact that the film was made before Taylor was even born, one would swear it was Taylor speaking German and banging three dude. Maybe Taylor is immoral and was doing porn in the late 70's early 80's. And maybe she has a identical twin sister. But I doubt it... Mostly likely the image above is a fake done with Photoshop or just some chick who look like Taylor. The look-a-like is cute but it would have been an awesome image if it was real.
